The Helm’s purchased the property in 2017. Being visionaries and entrepreneurs at heart, Ken and Debbie began a family owned and operated winery and special events venue in beautiful Lancaster County.

With hard work and appreciation of the outdoors, Ken and Debbie’s vision grew bringing sustainable agriculture and agri-tourism full circle by opening the first winery to the Little Britain area of Quarryville, Pa.

We adhere to the basic principles of winemaking and invite you to come and enjoy a glass yourself.

Our love for beer has grown from home brewing in Austin, Texas to living the brewery life at Bonfire Brewing in Eagle, Colorado.

We have settled in beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to bring a relaxed brewery experience to Millersville, PA. With a fresh and ever evolving tap list and a budding barrel aging program, we hope to give our customers a chill place to hang out for years to come.

Rob Tarves and Rob Patz began dreaming up their vision for Our Town Brewery while homebrewing during college at Penn State. Their time at multiple breweries over the years has driven home the theme that breweries are huge parts of the communities that they operate in. Tarves and Patz have a vision for using fresh, innovative beer and a thoughtful food program to further connect people in Lancaster. A decade later, they are ready to pour you a pint.

Bespoke Brewing is owned and operated by Ryan and Janae Dagen of Speckled Hen and Head Brewer Jon Sager. Ryan and Jon met years ago while working in construction. Their shared passion for craft beer led their paths to reconnect in order to open up Bespoke Brewing. The term “bespoke” is used to describe custom-made goods and products. We chose this as our name to represent our focus of being a small-batch, hand crafted brewery. We are so excited for you to enjoy our signature recipes that we are tailoring as well as our unique seasonal beers, which will rotate throughout the year.
