Reservations

  • Party Packages require a campfire rental.
  • Rentals and party packages are non-refundable.
  • Parties can be rescheduled within the season based on availability.
  • Campfires sites do not have any electric.
  • You can bring your own food.
  • Outside alcohol is prohibited.
  • You must provide your own tablecloths, paper products, serving utensils, etc.
  • Grills of any kind and chafing dishes are not permitted.
  • Roasting sticks are not provided with Campfire rentals but are provided if a hot dog or s’mores package is purchased.
  • Roasting of hot dogs and marshmallows is permitted but no other cooking or grilling is allowed.
  • Moderate decorating of rental area is permitted. Must be cleaned up at the end of rental time.
  • The party host can arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time.
  • Your admission includes all day access to the farm during regular farm hours. However, the rental area must be cleaned up and vacated by the end of your rental time.
  • Cake orders must be placed no fewer than 7 business days before scheduled rental.
  • Cancellation for birthday cake orders is needed 48 hours in advance to receive refund.

Admission Policies

  • Admission is required for all guests ages 3 and older.
  • Discounts are not offered at Admissions.
  • Pre-purchased tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason and expire at the end of the season.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • If Cherry Crest Adventure Farm closes due to inclement weather the barn rental and birthday party package fee will be refunded.
  • If purchasing group or individual tickets, we encourage you and your guest to wait until the day of your event to purchase your online admission tickets. We never run out of admission tickets. Admission tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Due to unpredictable weather patterns, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm may wait until the afternoon to make a decision on the availability of evening events.
